ARMA 3 is an open world, military strategic shooter computer game created and distributed by Bohemia Interactive. It was delivered for Microsoft Windows in September 2013, and later reported for OS X and Linux in August 2015. NATO peacekeeping powers are sent to Altis, setting up a US-drove joint NATO-AAF peacekeeping power, Task Force Aegis (TF Aegis). After five years, NATO interest in the Aegean lessens, and CSAT starts to sponsor the AAF and activates its own powers in the Pacific. With the peacekeeping order approaching its end, NATO starts to pull out from Altis, and strains ascend among AAF and NATO.
